Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide non-personal custodial services for the United States Army Reserve 99th Readiness Division, ensuring a clean and attractive workplace.

Custodial services encompass all designated spaces including halls, restrooms, offices, work areas, entrance ways, lobbies, storage areas, drill/assembly halls, auditoriums, and stairways. Services include weekly, monthly, and annual tasks.

Weekly Services:

• Emptying and relining waste containers.
• Sweeping/dust mopping and damp mopping of restroom floors.
• Cleaning restroom fixtures (water closets, urinals, sinks, mirrors) with disinfectant.
• Inspecting, replenishing, and cleaning supply dispensers in restrooms (providing contractor-furnished supplies like paper towels, toilet tissue, and soap).
• Cleaning floor drains in restrooms, shower rooms, and locker rooms.

Monthly Services:

• Cleaning drinking fountains.
• Cleaning walk-on/off mats and systems.
• Sweeping/dust mopping and damp mopping of floors (excluding restrooms and carpets).
• Spray cleaning and buffing of VCT and Ceramic Tile floors.
• Cleaning shower and locker rooms with disinfectant.

Annual Services:

• Low dusting/cleaning of furniture, partitions, radiators, ledges, sills, walls, doors, and frames up to 7 feet.

• High dusting/cleaning of surfaces over 7 feet, including overhead piping and ceiling areas.

• Thoroughly cleaning interior and exterior doors and frames, including entranceway glass.

• Cleaning restrooms (wainscoting, partitions, walls, doors).

• Waxing and buffing VCT and Ceramic Tile floors.

• Period of Performance: 1 base year and option periods.

• Places of Performance: PA096 - Washington USARC, 10 Scenic Drive, Washington, PA 15301 and PA050 - Indiana County Memorial USARC, 443 North 4th Street, Indiana, PA 15701.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price.

• Personnel: Must be capable, experienced, and maintain a neat appearance. A contractor representative must be onsite during normal duty hours.

• Security: All personnel must comply with security regulations, undergo background checks, and complete AT Level I and OPSEC training. Employees must sign in and out of facilities.

• Government Furnished Items: Electricity, steam, natural gas, fresh water, sewage service, and refuse collection.
