Eligibility & Submission
Offerors must be Small Businesses and registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Crucially, offerors must be authorized resellers or distributors of Orlando Products, Inc. and provide documentation from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) confirming this authorization. Quotations without such documentation may be rejected. Offerors should complete blocks 12, 17, 23, 24, and 30 of the SF 1449 form.
Evaluation & Award
Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Offerors are encouraged to submit published or historical pricing data to support the Government's price analysis. The order will be issued on a firm fixed-price basis, and no additional costs may be added after award.
