Delivery & Installation
Delivery is required within 90 Days After Receipt of Order (ARO), FOB Destination. The vendor is responsible for all aspects of installation, including staging, storage, moving, floor protection, and debris removal. Installation must be coordinated with the Chief of Sterile Processing Service and performed during weekends (Saturday/Sunday, 6 AM - 8 PM). Vendor staff must comply with VHA Directive 1192 regarding flu vaccination and tuberculosis screening.
