Quick Summary
The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) is soliciting quotes for Custom Filters via a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement is not eligible for small business set-aside. Quotes are due by January 27, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. EST.
Scope of Work
NSWCDD seeks to procure three types of custom filters, with three units required for each:
- Item 0001: Custom Low Pass Filter, 1 GHz.
- Item 0002: Custom Band Pass Filter 1, 1-2.5 GHz.
- Item 0003: Custom Band Pass Filter 2, 2.5-7.2 GHz.
All filters must meet stringent performance specifications, including specific rejection levels, insertion loss (objective <= 1.5dB), 50W CW power handling, and N-Type connectors. A critical dimension requirement is a maximum overall size of 5x1.25x1.25 inches (excluding connectors). While individual filter types do not need to be the same size as each other, all filters of the same type must be consistent in size. Variations within +/- 0.1 inches due to manufacturing tolerances are acceptable, provided the overall maximum dimension is met; longer, but consistent, lengths are not acceptable. All materials must be TAA compliant.
