Scope of Work
This requirement involves the comprehensive design, fabrication, delivery, and on-site installation of a Custom Multi-Dimensional Illuminated Sign System. The primary objective is to enhance the branding, professional aesthetic, and visual communications of the designated USTRANSCOM facility. The project is structured into three phases:
- Phase I: Site Survey & Design Consultation — Includes physical site measurements, assessment of existing electrical sources, and production of 3D conceptual renderings for approval.
- Phase II: Fabrication — Manufacturing of the 3D illuminated dimensional sign system according to detailed technical specifications.
- Phase III: Delivery & On-Site Installation — Transport of components, wall preparation, mounting of the sign system, final testing, and post-installation cleanup.
Technical specifications detail a sign system approximately 7'0" to 7'6" tall with a 5" to 6" depth projection, constructed from multi-layered aluminum with halo effect LED illumination and a push-thru acrylic globe. It must be powered by a 110V source with a timer and UL-Listed internal transformers, carrying a 7-year warranty on LED lights. Compliance with National Electrical Code (NFPA 70) and National Life Safety Code (NFPA 101) is mandatory. Submission & Evaluation
