Evaluation
Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Offerors must provide documentation from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) confirming authorization as a reseller or distributor. Quotes without this documentation may not be considered.
Additional Notes
- Firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award.
- A standard commercial warranty is required, and the offeror must specify the warranty period.
- Contractor travel to NSWCDD, Dahlgren, VA, is required and must be coordinated with the technical point of contact.
