Scope of Work
This opportunity requires the delivery of three customized digital lecterns engineered to be cyber secure compliant, featuring integrated digital displays. Key specifications include:
- Podium Design: Flat or slanted work surface, cabling grommets, microphone flange cutout, internal adjustable shelving, passive ventilation, floor access panel, and locking swivel carpet casters.
- Integrated Display: Front-recessed monitor display for a portrait-oriented 43" UHD (3840x2160) display, capable of showing a preset image when no input is detected.
- Media Playback: Integrated digital media player supporting H.264, MOV, and AVI files up to 1080p from USB or SD card (SD card included).
- Audio & Lighting: 18-19" gooseneck microphone with slim pickup and a gooseneck halogen light with dimmer.
- Aesthetics: Walnut wood finish with matching aesthetic for all exposed surfaces.
- Services: On-site delivery, secure mounting, minimal cabling, testing, programming, and owner/end-user training.
