Scope of Work
The solicitation is for CLIN 0001: Enclosed Dive Equipment Trailer (Customized). The trailer is an All Aluminum BP Enclosed cargo trailer, approximately 24'L x 8'W (84" wide) x 8'H (96" high), with a 50" generator compartment extension. Key requirements include:
- Construction: White baked enamel aluminum skin, one-piece aluminum roof, and a smooth surface flooring (HD 1-1/4" extruded tongue and groove aluminum flooring is NOT acceptable).
- Axles & Tires: Tandem 7000 lb. Dexter torsion axles with electric brakes, (5)-ST255/80R16 tires with aluminum wheels (including spare).
- Doors: Double rear doors, one 36" side door, and a 48"W x 66"T roll-up door for the air compressor compartment, which must include a 1,000 lbs slide-out tray.
- Interior: Front lower work bench with slide-out drawers, deep overhead cabinets, aluminum fold-down benches, adjustable shelving, rubber coin floor overlay, and a Slide-Master for the air compressor unit.
- Electrical: Integrated 5KW generator system (included and installed with housing for containment and maintenance access), 12V inverter, multiple 110V outlets, and USB charge ports.
- Plumbing: 65-gallon fresh water tank with pump and valve for hose use, exterior fill opening, and two 3" floor drains.
