Purpose & Scope of Work
This opportunity seeks to procure services for machining the Forward ICCS Cab Hatch seal track. The scope includes:

- Maintaining existing horizontal flatness of +/- 0.04 inches over 36 inches for the approximately 26-foot seal track.
- Machining the HSLA-100 track to a maximum depth of 0.063 inches (+/- 1/32 inch) on the horizontal surface, with a width of 2.63 inches and a 250 rms surface finish.
- Breaking all edges to remove sharp corners and ensuring smooth transitions.
- Providing all necessary materials and equipment, and cleaning all machining debris.

Special Requirements & Government Responsibilities
Contractors must adhere to Federal and State OSHA requirements, NNSY OSHE Program Manual, and Hazardous Energy Control (HEC) procedures. Objective Quality Evidence (OQE) documentation is required, and contractors must be present for tightness testing. Access to NNSY requires DBIDS cards, completed SECNAV 5512 forms, and proof of U.S. Citizenship for Green NAVSEA access badges.
