This RFI is being used to gather market research for CWMD to aid in decisions regarding strategies to be used, if needed, during large-scale responses to emerging threats to the homeland by Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear or infectious diseases or pandemics. Specifically, the purpose of this initiative is to provide Tactical Medical EMT Training Services for the DHS Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Program.
