Scope of Work

- Lumber Specifications: A wide variety of lumber types and dimensions are specified (CLINs 0001-0067). Lumber must meet DoD manual 4140.65, ISPM 15 Treatment requirements, and AFI24-602v2.
- Treatment & Certification: Lumber must be heat-treated to a core temperature of 56 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes, be pest-free, and ISPM 15 certified with certification marks present. Moisture content must be less than 20 percent (Kiln Dried). Radiata Pine is acceptable if it meets ISPM 15 and DoDM 4140.65.
- Delivery: Deliveries are required within 30 days following contract award, with up to six deliveries (one per base) acceptable, no later than June 30, 2026. Sequential delivery (milk run) is allowed with local POC coordination.
- Quality: Unusable products (broken, cracked, or moldy lumber) must be replaced by the vendor.
- Documentation: KD/HT certificates must be stated in the proposal and provided upon delivery with necessary stamps.
