Justification & Submissions
This requirement is justified under 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1), citing that the supplies are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources. The Government does not own the necessary data or rights, and it has been deemed uneconomical to acquire the data or reverse engineer the part. Specifications, plans, or drawings are incomplete or unavailable. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation for agency consideration.
