The locking plate for the rod eye must be welded per General Note 6 & 7 of the drawing. Manufacturers must provide electronic and hard copy versions of their drawing, owner's maintenance, and parts manuals. All cylinders must be individually crated and marked in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1E, Method 10, and MIL-STD-129R (barcode IAW ISO/IEC-16388). Standard commercial packaging is unacceptable. Substitute parts are not acceptable.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item, prepared under FAR Subpart 12.6 and utilizing simplified acquisition procedures (FAR 13). The NAICS code is 333998 (All Other Miscellaneous General Purpose Machinery Manufacturing) with a size standard of 500 employees.
