• CLIN 0001 Description Update: The description for CLIN 0001 has been changed from specifying "D-Day Aerial Demonstration and Static Display (B-17, P-38, P-47)" to a more general "D-Day Aerial Demonstration and Static Display."

• Statement of Work (SOW) Update: The SOW has been updated to remove the specific requirement for B-17, P-38, and P-47 aircraft. The requirement is now for at least 3 WWII Era American planes.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide aerial demonstrations and a static display of at least three WWII Era American planes during the 2026 Fairchild AFB Skyfest, scheduled for June 6-7, 2026.

• Provide at least three WWII Era American planes for aerial demonstrations and a static display.

• Perform one aerial demonstration of approximately 10-15 minutes on both June 6 and June 7, 2026, between 1000 and 1600 PST.

• Provide a description of the routine to the Air Boss prior to the event to ensure safety protocols are met.

• Interact with the crowd for autographs, photos, and questions from performance time through 1700 PST daily.

• Submit a list of performing personnel for security checks no later than two weeks after contract award.

• Handle all round trip commercial travel to and from Spokane, WA.

• Coordinate with the Air Boss and event announcer regarding performer requirements, including fuel type, practice day slots, pilot certificates, ICAS information, formation cards, and announcer scripts.

• Coordinate with Fairchild AFB Public Affairs to ensure performer details are updated on the FAFB Skyfest website.

• Maintain regular contact with the FAFB Skyfest Open House Director and Air Boss regarding any events that may affect the Skyfest.

• Airshow Dates: June 6-7, 2026.

• Performers must arrive in time to enter crew rest prior to the safety briefing on Friday, June 5, 2026.

• Location: Fairchild AFB.

• Performers must be available for crowd interaction outside of act preparation and performance times.

• Personnel submitted for security checks must be provided to the military Air Boss and Contracting Officer.

• Vehicle passes for base and display ramp access.

• Assistance with retrieving contractor-rented vehicles from local rental locations and transporting them to Fairchild AFB (if requested).

• Limited access with military escort to Skyfest functions, flight line, receptions, briefings, and media day events.

• Full access to telephone and computer equipment for aircrews during the event.

• Coordination assistance for smoke oil, fuel, engine oil, oxygen, and nitrogen requirements.

• Lodging at the Fairchild Inn may be reserved if space is available (checkout by June 7, 2026).
