Scope of Work
This modification ensures the continuation of Learning Management System (LMS) services for the Wildland Fire LMS (WFLMS), supporting the Federal Wildland Fire Workforce Development Program (FWDP), National Wildfire Coordinating Group (NWCG) members, and other wildland fire management organizations. The system supports approximately 200,000 user accounts, with 90,000 active users.
The requirement includes two key tasks:
- Task 1: Moodle Workplace Application and Platform Hosting Services and Support – This covers AWS Government Cloud hosting, ongoing operations and maintenance, technical support, monitoring, full load balancing, and auto-backup with network failover design.
- Task 2: Moodle Workplace Operations and Maintenance Support – This provides professional services including Project Management, Subject Matter Expert (SME) Support, and Software Engineer Support for maintaining and developing the WFLMS solution.

Evaluation
This is not a request for competitive proposals, and a solicitation will not be issued. Responses will be used for market research purposes, and a determination not to compete this contract is at the Government's discretion.
