Scope of Work

- SaaS Platform: FedRAMP Moderate authorization, multi-site administration, mobile-responsive interfaces, workflows for applications, reservations, lotteries, and permit issuance.
- Transaction & Inventory Management: Support for first-come, first-served inventory, configurable quotas, and digital permits with QR/unique codes.
- Security: Adherence to FedRAMP Moderate (NIST SP 800 53r5), FISMA (NIST SP 800 37), phishing-resistant MFA (OMB M 22 09), and .gov registration (OMB M 23 10).
- Support: External user support during business hours and weekends, 24/7 platform operations with 99% uptime.
- Integrations: Pay.gov integration and GIS mapping using federal datasets.
