Additional Notes
This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and not an offer. The Government will not pay for costs incurred in preparing quotations. No Government office space will be provided. The requirement will be awarded on an all-or-none basis; partial quotes will not be accepted. A Question and Answer period is scheduled from May 14, 2026, through May 17, 2026, 5:00 AM Pacific Time. Payment requests must be submitted electronically through the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Invoice Processing Platform (IPP).
