Performance Standards
The T1 Circuit line must be operable 24 hours a day (100% of the time). Performance will be monitored by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and assessed using a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).
Special Requirements
- Hours of Operation: 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays.
- The contractor must maintain an adequate workforce for uninterrupted performance.
- Contractor is responsible for safeguarding government equipment, information, and property.
- Invoices will be paid via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) at the end of each billing period.
