Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is procuring software licenses, maintenance, and support for the AGFA DoseMonitor Aggregation and Radiation Exposure Monitoring Registry – Enterprise Dose Management solution. This solution is used by 27 VAMCs to send patient Computed Tomography and fluoroscopy dose information to a consolidated network at the Cleveland VAMC data center.
