Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide portfolio-level technical management and coordination for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Information & Technology (OIT), Product Delivery Service (PDS) Office, Benefits, Appeals and Memorials (BAM) Portfolio. The goal is to develop and provide secure BAM architecture, engineering, solutions, services, and data, ensuring continuous strategy-to-execution alignment and efficient delivery of products to improve scalability and availability.

• The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to re-solicit the Benefits Enterprise Services (BES) requirement on the GSA Alliant 2 GWAC. The forecasted solicitation date is February 13, 2026.
