The objective is to ensure the quality, performance, and schedule adherence of the FMBT program's efforts, which involve implementing the Integrated Financial and Acquisition Management System (iFAMS) using CGI's Momentum® ERP solution. This is a recompete effort.
Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive IV&V services aligned with the Government-defined FMBT IV&V Plan. Key activities include:
- Project Management: Developing and maintaining project management plans, integrated master schedules, and reporting.
- FMBT IV&V Services: Conducting independent testing and evaluation for implementation waves and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) releases. This encompasses test plan/script assessment, product reviews, requirements evaluation, interface analysis, traceability analysis, test readiness reviews, query creation, test execution, and defect tracking.
- Innovation and Process Improvement: Supporting continuous quality improvement and exploring AI applications for IV&V.
- Dashboard Development: Creating dashboards to display IV&V metrics.
- Optional Tasks: May include independent data verification, increased testing capacity, and transition support.
