  • People: Centralized accountability, training, and talent management.
  • Process: Standardization of business processes for efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
  • Technology: Delivery of an integrated, intelligent Inventory and Order Management solution, optimized for rapid deployment and integration with existing VA systems (e.g., VistA, EHRM, iFAMS), adhering to SAFe, IT security, FedRAMP, and Zero Trust models.
