The purpose of this modification to the previous Request for Information (RFI) notice is to provide the Government s response to questions asked by industry, as follows:

QUESTION: To provide the most comprehensive and high-quality response, will the Government increase the page limit from 20 to 40 pages. This adjustment will enable us to deliver the clarity and depth necessary to meet expectations for all 33 questions?

ANSWER: The Government agrees to increase the page limitation to 25 pages. All other aspects of the RFI response submission remains unchanged.

QUESTION: In reference to Q14 on the RFI notice attached to the Sources Sought notice dated March 14, 2025 which is What types of training and education do you provide to customers that are not specific to use of the product to address operations and ongoing support? Industry asked Is this question referring to delivering training and education to customers that are not familiar with the use of the product? Or training and education that is not specifically related to how to use the product? Can the government provide clarification on the type of training you are requesting vendors to describe?

ANSWER: The Government is inquiring about training that is not specifically user focused such as table maintenance, access management, etc. Thus, does industry offer specific training around any form of maintenance?.
