On December 29, 2025, the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Technology Acquisition Center, located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown, NJ 07724 issued a Firm-Fixed Pride Task Order GS-07F-187GA 36C10B26F0049 to Government Marketing And Procurement, LLC under the terms and conditions of its Government Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract GS-07F-187GA, and modifications thereto. This action was solicited on a brand name basis as a result of Market Research. Under this action, VA renewed Brand Name QGenda Schedule Automation FR software licenses and maintenance support, brand name QGenda On-Call FR term license and maintenance and support, and the procurement/activation of 11 new brand name QGenda Schedule Automation FR software licenses with maintenance and support.

The base period of performance shall be one 12-month base period and shall be from January 01, 2026 through December 31, 2025. The ultimate expiration period, if the option period is exercised shall be December 31, 2027. The total value of this Task Order is $318,497.77.

This acquisition is conducted under the authority of the Multiple Award Schedule Program. The specific authority providing for a limited source award is found in United States Code (USC) 41 USC 3304(a)(1) Use of Noncompetitive procedures (1) the property or services needed by the executive agency are available from only one source and no other type of property or services will satisfy the needs of the executive agency .
