Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive software maintenance, hosting, analytics, and development services for the MyPath tool, MyPath Postpartum tool, and MyPath Dissemination Page. Key development requirements include adding a Lactation Module, updating the birth control module, modernizing graphics and user interface, and improving software code for security and latency.
Offerors must provide an authorization letter from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Nitid Bit, LLC, to provide maintenance and support for the proprietary system. All licensing, warranty, and service must adhere to OEM terms. The successful vendor should have 3+ years of experience in designing, developing, maintaining, and hosting responsive websites/tools involving medically accurate information, patient privacy, women Veteran input, and custom healthcare decisional support algorithms.

Additional Notes
Offerors must include their SAM UEI number and tax ID number. No security accreditation package is required as the vendor will not have access to VA sensitive or protected information.
