Quick Summary
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Regional Procurement Office East, has issued a Special Notice indicating its Intent to Sole Source a contract to Performax 3, Inc. for Talent Management System Support Services. This notice serves as market research to determine if a competitive procurement is feasible for the maintenance and support of the existing Performax 3 online platform. Responses are due April 29, 2026.
Scope of Work
The requirement is for maintenance and support of the Performax 3 online platform, which houses annual Joint Commission, OSHA, and additional employee training requirements for the VA Eastern Region. The platform interfaces with the VA's online learning system (TMS) to track employee training histories.
