Request for Information (RFI) / Market Research

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Technology Acquisition Center, for market research purposes. The VA, James J. Peters VA Medical Center Preoperative Care / Surgical Department, has a requirement for Brand Name DSS LiveData Preference Card (PFCD) Platform Annual Limited Licenses, including installation, project management, implementation, set-up, training, and go-live support.

The VA is seeking information on the capability to provide the following:

• DSS LiveData Preference Card (PFCD) Platform Annual Limited License (Qty 6)
• DSS LiveData Preference Card (PFCD) AI PrefCard Builder (Qty 1)
• Software Installation - EMR Technical Installation Services (Qty 8 hours)
• Implementation, Set-Up, Training, and Go-Live Support (Qty 16 hours)
• EMR Training (Qty 16 hours)
• Project Management for implementation (Qty 80 hours)
• DSS Project Management (Qty 33 hours)
• Travel Per Diem Expenses (estimated)

This is an RFI only and not a solicitation. No proposals or quotes should be submitted at this time. The government is conducting market research to determine acquisition approaches. Interested parties capable of providing the products/services should submit a Vendor Capabilities Statement (limited to five pages, including a cover page with company name, points of contact, and size standard for NAICS 541519).

Responses are due no later than 12:00 PM EST on March 4, 2026.
