• Support during business hours (8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Central Time) with timely responses (normally within two hours).
• Delivery of the most current version of user manuals and publications upon Government request.

Submission & Evaluation

• Offers must be submitted via email by the closing date of June 9, 2026, at 2:00 PM ET.
• Email file size limit is less than 5 MB; multiple emails may be used.
• Quotes must complete Section B.4 (Price Schedule) and B.5 (Product Description) of the solicitation.
• Offers must meet all requirements and include a description of items offered.
• Quotes must be submitted on an "all or none" basis.
• Award will be based on the lowest priced, responsive, responsible offer that conforms to the requirements.
• The Government reserves the right to evaluate all offers or conduct discussions if deemed necessary.

Additional Notes

• Offerors must provide an authorization letter or other verification from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and self-certify that they will not provide Gray Market Goods and/or Counterfeit Items.
• Vendors are cautioned that alterations to the line items may render quotes unacceptable.
