Vaultara provides secure, cloud-based access to imaging and medical data, eliminating the need for physical media like CDs and streamlining data sharing with community healthcare partners. The system is critical for exchanging over 2 million images monthly and 1,000 weekly transactions.

• Renewal of software licenses and maintenance/support for the Vaultara platform.

• Continuous, uninterrupted operation of the system.

• Seamless image and data transfer between VA Radiology PACS, VA non-radiology PACS (dental, cardiology, GI), and VISN 20 Community Care Partner (CCP) PACS.

• A zero-install web transfer portal for image upload/download.

• Ability to process various image and file types (DICOM, jpeg, pdf, png, etc.).

• Support for inter-network exchange with competing networks (Ambra/Inteleshare, Powershare).

• System steward support for migrating Vaultara to VA's Enterprise Cloud (VAEC).

• Technical requirements include performance, scaling, monitoring, auditing, EHR interface, logic engine, and security.

• Support services include operations, monitoring, ticketing, system updates, after-hours support, and user training.

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price.

• Period of Performance: Base year (09/30/2026 - 09/29/2027) with four option years extending through 09/29/2031.

• The contract includes options to extend services for up to six months.
