INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: Medbridge Rehabilitation Resource Subscription
THIS IS NOTICE OF INTENT TO SINGLE SOURCE FOR A BASE PLUS TWO-OPTION YEAR MEDBRIDGE REHABLITATION RESOURCE SUBSCRIPTION FOR THE COLUMBIA VAMC, VISN-15: 36C255-26-AP-0849: This is not a request for competitive proposals. This is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available, and telephone requests will not be honored.
The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO-15 intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, sole source award to Medbridge Inc. for the purchase of a one-year subscription for the Medbridge Rehabilitation Resource Platform. This award will include two-option years. The specific licenses will provide software updates and support for the Specialty Rehabilitation Platform in use at the Columbia VAMC for the Period of Performance: 01/07/2026 - 01/06/2029 if all options are exercised.
The required Medbridge Rehabilitation Resource subscription is exclusive and proprietary to the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Medbridge Inc. No other vendors are authorized to provide the required subscription.
The authority for applying this statute implemented for restricting competition on this procurement is FAR OVERHAUL12.102(a): only one reasonably available source, per the requirements of FAR OVERHAUL 6.103-(b).
The intent is to procure the Medbridge Rehabilitation Resource Platform mentioned above on a sole source basis. No solicitation will be posted to Contract Opportunities. The primary North American Classification System Code (NAICS) is 513210. The most current Business Size Rating for this NAICS is $47M.
Capable parties may identify their interests and authorization to respond to this requirement by January 5th, 2026, at 10:00 AM (CDT).
A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed award upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
