Scope of Work
This Request for Quotation (RFQ) seeks an all-inclusive, firm-fixed-price solution for an image-guided robotic stereotactic equipment system and associated software. The system will be used for advanced neurosurgery, including brain, pituitary resection, and ENT procedures, to confirm tumor locations and assist in their removal.
Key deliverables include:
- Robotic Surgical neurology equipment with detailed technical specifications (e.g., image-guided high-performance Brain Surgery System, mobile cart, displays, laser pointer, data management software, image fusion, 3D contouring, real-time neuronavigation, cranial/spinal planning, various instruments and adapters).
- OEM authorized installation, configuration, and validation, including de-installation of existing equipment.
- Software solution that is VA TRM and VA SAAS compliant, DICOM compliant, and compatible with Optum, VISTA, and Cerner. The system must not have remote access to the VA network.
- On-site training for clinical staff and biomedical engineers.
