• Remote technical support for Spacelabs ICS software.
• Provision of all updates and upgrades for software licenses.
• 24/7 telephone support, IT product specialist access, remote diagnostics, and safety updates.
• Annual performance enhancing updates (software and hardware), remote ICS preventative maintenance, and cybersecurity patches/upgrades.
• Compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards and VA cybersecurity requirements (Critical Security Controls, Zero Trust principles).
• Support for IPv6 and Trusted Internet Connection (TIC) requirements. This action is for software maintenance only; no new hardware or software will be procured.

Contract Details

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP).
• Period of Performance: A base period of 12 months from the date of award, with four (4) subsequent 12-month option periods. The total contract duration will not exceed 60 months.
• Set-Aside: Unrestricted, with an intent to award on a sole-source basis to Spacelabs Healthcare, LLC.
