Background & Original Intent
This opportunity, initially issued as a Request for Information (RFI) and Sources Sought, sought a next-generation, fully integrated Human Resource Service Management (HRSM) Software as a Service (SaaS) solution for the VA, specifically the Veterans Health Administration (VHA).
