Past performance may also be considered.
Important Notes
Prospective awardees must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) at the time of lease award. Offerors must also familiarize themselves with telecommunications prohibitions under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.
