Additional requirements include location in a prime retail area with attractive surroundings, a professional setting (not near residential areas, railroad tracks, power lines, or establishments selling alcohol/firearms/marijuana), and not within a 100-year flood plain. The space must have accessible sidewalks, public transportation within 1,000 feet, and parking available per local code within four blocks. Subleases are not acceptable, and ground-floor retail is preferred. The space must meet Government requirements for Security, Fire Life Safety, and Handicapped Accessibility.
