Scope of Work
The requirement involves supporting 2.6 million DAF families with services that typically include:
- Domestic abuse and child abuse prevention and education.
- Behavioral challenges in youth and children.

- Clinical assessment, counseling, and case management.
- New parent support and home visitation programs.
These performance objectives are examples to provide a basic understanding; a final Performance Work Statement (PWS) will accompany any future solicitation. The Government is researching how industry structures, staffs, and executes such complex, high-stakes support services in military or similar demanding environments.
