- A mobile application for digital content access.
- Free staff training and complimentary marketing services.
- Ability to provide usage statistics by branch of service and other categories.
- Integration with the current contracted platform, EBSCO Stacks, for customer accessibility.
- Robust authentication methods for optimal accessibility for active duty users, dependents, and retirees.
- Compliance with security standards: Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.3, HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) with long duration, and RSA 2048-bit (SHA256withRSA) website certificates.
