  • Other required information is not provided.
• Line Item Specific Non-Responsiveness: Quotes may be non-responsive for specific line items if:
  • Item specifications are not met (no substitutions accepted).
  • Information is missing or illegible.
  • Shipping/freight charges are not included in the unit price.
• Submission of Quotes: Legible quotes must be emailed to ekramer@bop.gov in PDF format by the specified deadline. Quotes submitted by other means will not be accepted without prior approval. Late quotes will be handled per FAR 52.212-1(f).

• Period of Performance: April 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026.

• Estimated Quantities: Quantities listed are estimated for the entire performance period; no minimum or maximum quantities are guaranteed.

• Offer Due Date: March 2, 2026, at 2:00 PM PT.

• Submission Instructions: Offers must be signed and dated and submitted to the office specified in the solicitation. Key information required includes solicitation number, offeror's name/address/phone, technical description, warranty terms, price, discount terms, and completed representations and certifications (FAR 52.212-3).

• Period for Acceptance: Offers are valid for 30 calendar days from the offer receipt date.

• Set-Aside: 100.00% for Small Business.
