Scope of Work

- Career & Education Planning: Self-interest assessments, personal career plan generation, customized pathways, and exploration of related career, occupational, and educational information.
- Transition Support: Guidance for military personnel transitioning to civilian workforce, including resume writing, interview skills, and job searching.
- Information Integration: Up-to-date data on colleges, scholarships, labor, and occupational resources, with search capabilities by Military Occupation Specialty (MOS) and ASVAB score alignment.
- User Experience: User registration, account setup, tutorials, self-paced use with progress saving, and a secure electronic portfolio. Users establishing an account during the subscription period will have lifetime access.
- Compliance: Adherence to Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and strict security requirements for Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and Personally Identifiable Information (PII), including personnel background investigations.

Evaluation Factors
