Sole Source Justification & Response
NIA's determination to award non-competitively to BEDAY, LLC is based on market research (FAR Part 10) which found no other sources capable of meeting all requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation to demonstrate their bona-fide capabilities. The Government will consider these responses to determine if a competitive procurement is warranted.
