To acquire Data Protection and Recovery services for the Navy Cyber Defense Operations Command (NCDOC) to collect, analyze, and mitigate network vulnerabilities from all Navy access points to the Global Information Grid. Services should facilitate the pickup and delivery of Data Protection back-up tapes.
