Performance standards include location accuracy within 10 meters 90% of the time and specified system uptime and technical support response times.

Special Requirements
Contractor personnel must be fully qualified and OEM certified (CenTrak and Infor LBI). Compliance with VA Handbook 0735 – HSPD-12 Program for contractor badging and mandatory VA electronic Training Management System (TMS) training are required. Adherence to VA OIT Information Management Service Standard Operating Procedures for cabling and meeting infection control/health and safety requirements for hardware installation are essential. The contractor is responsible for all travel costs. Monthly progress reports and a technical kickoff meeting are mandatory, and the contractor must provide a Contract Implementation Manager and a Backup Manager.
