Specific hardware includes additional Stars, Infrared Monitors, Virtual Walls, Low Frequency Exciters, and Multimode Asset tags. Software components include CenTrak Juniper MIST Connector and AgileRank A-RTLS Tagging Suite. The system must integrate with VA systems such as AEMS/MERS, Maximo, PIV/SSOi, and Vocera. The scope also covers cabling services adhering to EIA/TIA and BICSI standards, comprehensive testing (Performance and User Acceptance Testing), and training for VA personnel. A minimum one-year warranty for all new equipment and services, along with 24/7 Help Desk technical support, is required.
