Scope of Work
The requirement involves the purchase and implementation of a CenTrak and Infor LBI-based Asset Tracking system. This includes completing an existing, partially implemented system and expanding the current inactive system. Key deliverables include:
- Provision of RTLS hardware (e.g., Stars, Infrared Monitors, Virtual Walls, Low Frequency Exciters, Multimode Asset tags, and 214 D-cell Infrastructure batteries), software (CenTrak Juniper MIST Connector, AgileRank A-RTLS Tagging Suite), documentation, installation, testing, training, and warranty services.
- Integration with VA systems such as AEMS/MERS, Maximo, PIV/SSOi, and Vocera.
- Cabling services adhering to EIA/TIA and BICSI standards.
- Comprehensive testing, including Performance Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
- Training for VA personnel and a minimum one-year warranty for all new equipment.
