Scope of Work
The contractor will provide IT services, hardware, and software to complete and expand the RTLS/RFID Asset Tracking system. This includes:

- Ensuring applications synchronize with VA site time standards and utilizing existing Wi-Fi infrastructure.

- Provisioning and installing RTLS hardware, software, and perpetual licenses compatible with existing CenTrak and Infor software.

- Providing Database and System Administration, including daily health checks, security compliance, patching, and troubleshooting.
- Developing and providing an Acceptance Test Plan (Phase 1 Performance, Phase 2 UAT).
- Providing training for VA personnel and a minimum one-year warranty.
- Offering 24/7 technical support for critical issues.
Performance Standards
Key performance metrics include:
- Location accuracy: 90% within 10 meters in Wi-Fi-only locations; 100% clinical grade accuracy.
- Device/tag operability: Inoperable devices/tags not to exceed 1%; Low Battery List not to exceed 2%.
