Submission & Evaluation
Interested vendors must submit a capability statement via email to Thomas J. Walsh III (thomas.j.walsh@dla.mil) and Cherlyn Carby (cherlyn.carby@dla.mil) with the subject line "Sources Sought – DCAA Axway Maintenance". Responses are limited to 3 pages. Capability statements must include:
- Company name, CAGE code, UEI number, socioeconomic status(es), business size relative to NAICS code.
- GSA contract number or other government-wide contract numbers (e.g., SEWP, JETS, ESI), if applicable.
- Primary point of contact information.
- Confirmation of ability to provide exact or equivalent part numbers.
- Contract numbers for meeting requirements in the attached Purchase Description. The government will use this information for acquisition strategy development and may lead to a future Request for Quote (RFQ). This is not an RFQ or Invitation for Bid (IFB).
