This sources sought notice is for planning purposes only to gauge industry interest and capabilities for providing annual license renewal maintenance for the Defense Contract Audit Agency's (DCAA) Comprehensive Financial Investigative Solution (CFIS) Deluxe. It is not a Request for Quote (RFQ) or Invitation for Bid (IFB), and no contract will be awarded based on responses to this notice.

• Provide necessary maintenance for the annual license renewal of CFIS Deluxe.

• Vendors must be able to meet all requirements listed in the attached performance work statement (PD).

• Interested vendors must submit a capability statement via email to thomas.j.walsh@dla.mil with the subject line "Sources Sought – DCAA CFIS".

• Responses are limited to 9 pages (single-sided, 12-point font, 8.5 x 11 page, 1" margins) in Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format.

• Vendors must confirm if they provide the exact maintenance part number listed in the PD and if they provide similar licenses and maintenance meeting all salient characteristics.

• Not specified in this notice.

• This is for planning purposes only; responses do not constitute an offer and will not be accepted to form a binding contract.

• The government will not pay for any costs incurred in response to this notice.

• Software Capabilities: The software is designed for Optical Character Recognition (OCR) of financial documents (.pdf, .txt), converting data into formats like Microsoft Excel. It supports multiple currencies and languages, automatically reconciles data, detects errors, stores inputs in a case-specific database, provides visual analysis models (e.g., flow of funds), and allows easy sharing of outputs with external partners. It also links outputs to source document images and offers customer support for template creation.
