Scope of Work
The contractor will provide a mobile OH unit and an affiliated fixed facility to perform medical surveillance screenings for employees potentially exposed to health hazards. Services include, but are not limited to, audiograms, pulmonary function tests (PFTs), vision screening, medical history reviews, screening exams, and respiratory history/clearance. The objective is to determine employee fitness for duty (FFD) and improve combat readiness through early recognition and prevention of occupational exposure. All services must comply with regulations such as OSHA, 29 CFR § 1910, AR 40-501, NGR 40-5, AR 40-5, and DoDI 6055.05-M. Medical treatment is not authorized.
