Amendment / Modification

This amendment (0001) to solicitation SP3300-26-Q-0073 makes the following changes:

• Answers vendor questions regarding forklifts.

• Adds pictures to the statement of work.

• Extends the due date for offers to 3/10/2026 at 1100 EST.

• Statement of Work (SOW) - updated with pictures and additional information.

• Solicitation due date.

• The proposal deadline has been extended to March 10, 2026, at 11:00 AM EST.

• Bidders should refer to the updated statement of work for additional details and pictures related to the forklifts.

Statement of Work (SOW)

To disassemble and palletize two (2) Raymond model SB-CSR30T Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Turret Forklifts for transport to Disposition Services, as these assets are no longer in service and are too costly to repair.

• Disassemble and palletize two (2) Raymond model SB-CSR30T Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Turret Forklifts for over-the-road transport.
• Palletize batteries separately for hazmat disposal.
• Provide rental units and cartage to Stand Up / Lay Down Mast.

March 23, 2026 - April 11, 2026

• The contractor shall prepare the forklifts for transport to Disposition Services.
• Work performed must minimize impact on routine distribution functions.
• Performance will be monitored by the Contracting Officer (KO) or designee through Government inspections and review.
• The KO or COR will monitor performance to ensure services are received and carried out in accordance with the PWS requirements.
• The KO or designee is the point of final inspection and acceptance.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (RFQ) to establish a firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order for the disassembly and palletization of two turret forklifts at DLA Distribution Cherry Point, NC. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
