- CLIN 0002 & 0003: Bottom Flap, 48" x 40" x 30", Double walled, Edge crush 48 Kraft CB flute. These must include specific printing: "AWOS" and "RETURN THIS BOX TO THE DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY" in ALL CAPS, ARIAL BLACK 200PT FONT. Quantity: 2000 EA each.
All boxes must be marked in accordance with MIL-STD-129, and the box maker's seal must be visible when closed. Proof of delivery is required, including contract/delivery order numbers, CLIN/material number, quantity, and a Government employee's signature.

Submission & Evaluation
- Submission Deadline: Quotes must be received electronically via email to Samuel.tustin@dla.mil by 1:00 PM EST on March 12, 2026. Facsimile and hard copy submissions will not be accepted.
- Quote Preparation: Submissions must be in THREE (3) separate electronic files: File I (Technical), File II (Past Performance), and File III (Pricing).
- Evaluation Factors: Award will be made to the responsible Offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government, considering price and other factors. The acceptable quoter with the lowest evaluated price will be selected, provided they are deemed responsible and their quote conforms to requirements. Past performance will be evaluated on an acceptable/unacceptable basis. The Government intends to award based on initial quotes received.
- Offer Acceptance Period: 90 calendar days from the receipt date.
Additional Notes
Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) by the quotation submission date. Invoicing and payment will be processed via Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF). The Government encourages quotes that achieve savings through innovative processes. Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) restrictions apply.
